Omar is an Elite Master Trainer located at Body and Soul Miami in Coral Gables Florida. He is a Licensed Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Master Trainer with specialized certifications in Resistance Training, Endurance Training, and Fitness Nutrition. He has worked with many VIP high profile clients throughout South Florida. Just alone this year he has worked with artists such as Jencarlos Canela, Zion to help them optimize their health and wellness through workouts and nutritional coaching.


Omar’s training practice is not for everyone, it is for anyone. When you train with Omar, no one else will receive your same workout or style of training because Omar spends his time really getting to know his clients so he can then individualize each workout and program specified for each client separately. Just because two people have the same fitness goals does not mean they will train the same way to get those same results.

He focuses on weight reduction, body toning, and sports performance training and strategically specializes in 50+ Seniors combining exercise rehab methods to reduce pain and prevent injuries. Medical departments in the sports world now consist of a team of multi-disciplined physicians, athletic trainers, physical therapists, strength coaches, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals. As a practicing Master Trainer, he brings a team of experts and resourceful professionals that work together with him offering a holistic approach to his clients.
